Dr. Phyllis Hursey is a graduate of Howard University, College of Medicine, in Washington, D.C., and began practicing medicine in 1992 in rural central Washington State. She has been practicing in Oregon since December 2005. PDH Family Wellness Center was established in 2009, and now PDH Family Medical opened it's doors June 1, 2010 in Salem, Oregon.
